Return Policy


We have a Liberal Returns Policy

    1.You can send back the item you have purchased to us in its original condition
    and tags with the same package within 7 days in case you do not like it for
    any reasons
    2.In the interest of our customers and to provide a hassle free solution, we
    strictly recommend customers to return the products above 70 USD only.
    3.Customers get to keep/retain the products below 70 USD and also get a full
    reimbursement of the product cost *
    4.Returns are accepted upon successful submission of the Return Authorization
    Form, available under our returns policy page.
    5.We recommend to use your respective local postal services only, to return
    any product/order and share the return receipt to get the return charges reimbursed.

Terms and Conditions:

    1.We would entertain the return, only if it is sent with the successful submission of the
    Return Authorisation Form.
    2.Order shipping charges of 10 USD per product is applicable in case of product/order
    returns above 70 USD.
    3.The customization charges are non-refundable in case of customized/Tailored product returns.

    4.Returns would not be accepted for Design it Yourself (DIY) products, custom made /
    stitched clothing, including readymade stitched Sarees or Sarees stitched with custom
    blouse, Jewels. However, we would accept returns if there is any fault from our end.
    5.We do not accept any returns after 7 days of receiving the shipment.
    6.We would not accept returns of any product, that was bought during a discount sale or an
    offer.
    7.All products should be returned in original condition with tags intact as attached in the
    dress. Presence of original tags is a must to accept returns.
    8.Any complaint with regards to damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported
    to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the
    same in order to review the same.

Refund on Returns:

1.We will not refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of
receiving the goods.
2.At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
3.For orders placed using Bank Transfer payment method refunds would be issued only as
Gift Vouchers and in such cases there would not be any admin cost as mentioned above.
4.In case of orders with free shipping, shipping cost would be deducted from the refund.
